The Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 S550 is the powerful roadster representing the sixth generation of Ford's iconic muscle car, produced between 2015 and 2020. The 526 horsepower 5.2L V8 engine powering this version of the Shelby, nicknamed "VooDoo," can rev up to 8,250 rpm, as it comes with a flat-plane crankshaft way above its league. The car weighs around 3600 lb (1650 Kg) and can go from 0-60 mph in just 4 seconds, with a maximum speed topping around 170 mph (300 km/h). The GT350 comes with a TREMEC TR-3160 6-speed manual gearbox on an RWD drivetrain.
The Shelby GT350 S550's wild and intoxicating attitude makes it a favorite among a sizable portion of the Mustang fanbase. The standard setting of tires consists of Michelin Pilot Super Sport 305/30ZR wheels on the front and 315/30ZR on the back. You can get your hands on one of these beasts with around $50.000 to $70.000, and whether you want it as a daily driver or to hit the track on the weekends, the Shelby GT350 S550 will become an addicting big boy toy you will always want to push to the limit.
