Der Honda S2000 AP1 ist ein japanischer Hinterradantrieb-Roadster, entwickelt und montiert im Takanezawa Tochigi R&D-Werk in Japan von 1999 bis 2003. Sein 1.977 cm³ (122 cu in) großer 2,0-Liter-Vierzylinder-DOHC-VTEC-Reihenmotor befindet sich vorne im Fahrzeug. Der Honda S2000 AP1 bietet bemerkenswerte Merkmale wie eine unabhängige Doppelquerlenker-Aufhängung, elektrisch unterstützte Lenkung und integrierte Überrollbügel. Sein kompakter und leichter Motor ermöglicht dem AP1 eine perfekt ausgewogene Gewichtsverteilung und erzeugt die höchste spezifische Leistung aller regulären Straßenautos, und beschleunigt in 5,9 Sekunden von 0 auf 100 km/h. Seine Höchstgeschwindigkeit liegt bei etwa 241 km/h (150 mph).
Der Honda S2000 AP1 ist ein zweitüriger stilvoller, schneller und gleichzeitig klassischer Roadster. Dieses spezielle Modell glänzt durch seine Details und Leistung. Er verfügt über ein manuelles 6-Gang-Getriebe, 205/55 R 16 V-Reifen vorne und 225/50 R 16 V hinten. Das elektrisch betriebene Vinyldach verfügt über ein Kunststoff-Heckfenster. Ein Aluminium-Hardtop ist als optionales Extra erhältlich. Dieses Auto ist perfekt für Geschwindigkeitsliebhaber und Automobil-Enthusiasten, die das komplette Optik- und Leistungspaket suchen.
