The BMW M3 F80 is a five-seater, four-door sedan manufactured from 2014 to 2019 at the BMW Regensburg factory in Germany. The F80 runs with the S55B30A engine, a 431 horsepower 3.0L, 6-cylinder in-line motor with twinpower turbo intercooler aspiration. The BMW M3 F80 goes from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 4.3 seconds, reaching a top speed of 160 mph (250 km/h). All this power comes packed in a 3351 lbs body. The fuel consumption in this vehicle is very efficient, with only 8.8 l/100km, a very tempting offer from BMW.
This series of the BMW M3 (F80) includes a GETRAG 6-speed manual gearbox and comes in a rear-wheel-drive configuration. The front suspension operates with independent springs and the rear with a multi-link setting. Drivers hit the road with a pair of Michelin Pilot Super Sport255/40 R18 tires upfront and 275/40 R18 in the back. The ventilated disc configuration was the braking system of choice for the four wheels, coupled with an ABS (Anti-lock braking system) for assistance. The power steering is electrically-monitored for additional safety. You can find BMW M3 F80 with a current price tag of $44,500, not so cheap, but certainly a fair price for one of the most reliable roadsters produced by the BMW family.
