Adorée par tous les passionnés de sports mécaniques, la Mazda Miata MX-5 NA est un coupé sportif classique conçu pour être à la fois pratique et abordable, produit dans l’usine Mazda Motor Corporation de Hiroshima entre 1989 et 1997. Avec plus d’un million d’exemplaires vendus dans le monde, la Miata est le roadster le plus vendu de tous les temps. L’équipe de design qui a créé cette légende a travaillé sous la direction de Tsutomu Matano et Shunji Tanaka. La désignation NA correspond à la première génération de la Miata, l’un des véhicules les plus plaisants à conduire jamais produits.
La puissance totale de la Mazda Miata MX-5 NA est seulement de 115 ch, ce qui est étonnamment faible pour une voiture de sport, mais le poids de la Miata est si léger (2 120 lbs) que le rapport poids/puissance n’est que de 0,05.
