Porsche 991.2 GT3 Cupは、ポルシェのワンメイク選手権向けに開発された専用レーシングカーで、2017年シーズンに導入されました。シュトゥットガルト・ツッフェンハウゼンの同じ生産ラインでロード仕様の911モデルと共に組み立てられ、その後ヴァイザッハ・モータースポーツセンターでレース仕様に仕上げられています。991.2 GT3 Cupは、4.0リッターの自然吸気フラットシックスエンジンを搭載し、7,500rpmで485馬力（357kW）、480Nmのトルクを発生します。エンジンのレッドラインは8,500rpmで、モータースポーツグレードの技術を用いた直噴燃料噴射システムを採用しています。
