The Porsche 997.1 GT3 is an elegant two-door/rear-engine/rear-wheel-drive coupe designed by the legendary car creator Hans Mezger for assembly in Stuttgart, Germany, for the model year 2007. This second-generation GT3 features a 3.6L flat-six engine with a maximum output power of 415 Ps at 7600 Rpm and 405 Nm of torque. When this motor works together with Porsche's high-performance 6-speed manual transmission, the car can reach a 193 Mph top speed, going from 0-62 ph in just 4.3 seconds. The current value of this classic is around 40,000 dollars, a truly remarkable figure considering a 15-year vehicle, and another proof of Porsche's capacity to retain excellent market values through the years.
This German classic's sophisticated looks and performance at high speeds are some of the trademarks that make it such a sought-after sporting car. The Porsche 997.1 GT3 features a ''zero lift'' aerodynamic design, meaning it has more grip on the road by staying rarely away from the surface. This model uses a modified electronically adjustable, track-oriented version of the standard Porsche active suspension. It comes straight out of the factory with stock 235/35/R19ZR tires on the front and 305/30/ZR19 on the rear, supported by ventilated discs with an ABS brake system.
