The BMW E36 M3 is a two-door, four-seat coupe manufactured from 1995 to 1999 by BMW in their assembly plant in Regensburg, Germany. It used a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout, with a 5-speed manual gearbox powered by a naturally-aspired inline six-cylinder 3.2L DOHC engine (S50B30). The E36 achieves a maximum power of 286PS (282bhp – 210kW) at 7000RPM with a maximum and a torque of 320Nm (236lb-ft) at 3600RPM. This BMW accelerates from 0-60MPH in just 5.2 seconds, reaching a top speed of 155.53MPH (250KM/H). This car is super reliable and features a great cooling system and a 9.1L/100km fuel consumption.
Many sporting car fans consider this gorgeous and dependable coupe an all-time classic. The BMW E36 M3 weighs around 3218 Lb, featuring a 4.5 Kg/HP weight-to-power ratio. The car uses a McPherson strut front suspension and a Multi-link Z-Axle rear on the back, with 235/40 R17 tires in both axles in the standard version. A vented discs braking system on all four wheels with ABS (Anti-Lock Brake system) provides additional safety for high-performance driving. The price of this German beauty is around $5,885 on the market today, a complete bargain without a doubt.
