La BMW M4 F82 è una coupé a due porte con un design più aggressivo rispetto ai modelli precedenti. Adotta una configurazione a trazione posteriore con un cambio manuale a 6 marce. È equipaggiata con un motore benzina 3.0 L 6MT twin-power turbo, intercooler, che eroga una potenza massima di 431hp a 5500rpm e una coppia di 406lb-ft/550nm tra 1850 e 5500rpm. Questo motore all’avanguardia consente alla M4 F82 di raggiungere una velocità massima di 155mph (249km/h), accelerando da 0 a 62mph in 4,3 secondi.
La BMW M4 F82 non è mai stata economica, con un prezzo di partenza vicino ai 70.000 dollari. Gli appassionati di motorsport e gli amanti delle sportive di tutto il mondo sono rimasti affascinati da questo avanzato gioiello tecnologico sin dal suo lancio nel 2014. La M4 F82 monta pneumatici Michelin Pilot Super Sport 255/40 ZR18 sull’anteriore e 275/40 ZR18 sul posteriore, con un impianto frenante a dischi ventilati su tutte e quattro le ruote e sospensioni indipendenti a molla all’anteriore e multilink indipendente al posteriore. Numerosi accorgimenti aerodinamici, come lo spoiler posteriore sul cofano e i quattro terminali di scarico, conferiscono un aspetto ancora più aggressivo. L’uso della fibra di carbonio sia all’esterno che all’interno ha ridotto significativamente il peso della vettura, portandolo a soli 3300 lbs.
