Die Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray Z51 ist die achte Generation des berühmten amerikanischen Sportwagens. Diese Version ist ein Design von Tom Peters, in Produktion seit 2019 im Montagewerk Bowling Green in Kentucky, USA. Sie fährt mit einem 6,2-Liter-Saugmotor-V8, der mit 490 PS bei 6.450 U/min und 630 Nm (465 lb-ft) bei 5.150 U/min bewertet ist. Dieser leistungsstarke Motor explodiert in nur 2,9 Sekunden von 0 auf 100 km/h und erreicht eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 296 km/h (184 mph). Die Corvette C8 Stingray Z51 kommt in einem zweitürigen Mittelmotor-Layout mit Hinterradantrieb und einem 8-Gang-Doppelkupplungs-Automatikgetriebe. Eine besondere Verbesserung für das Z51-Paket ist der dritte Kühler, der hinzugefügt wurde, um zusätzliche Kühlung für Motor und Getriebeöl zu bieten.
Mit dem Z51-Leistungspaket hat die Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray ein Preisschild von über 85.000 Dollar. Dieses Paket umfasst ein leistungsabgestimmtes Aufhängungssystem, Performance-Traktionskontrolle, elektronisches Sperrdifferential und 19-Zoll-Leichtmetallräder mit Michelin Pilot Sport-Reifen 245/35 ZR19 vorne und 305/30 ZR20 hinten.
