すべてのモータースポーツ愛好家に愛されているマツダミアータMX-5 NAは、使いやすさと手頃な価格のために設計されたクラシックスポーツクーペで、1989年から1997年まで広島のマツダモーター株式会社製造工場で生産されました。世界中で100万台以上を販売し、ミアータは史上最も売れたロードスターです。この伝説を生み出したデザインチームは、マタノツトムと田中俊治のリーダーシップの下で働きました。NAトリム指定はミアータの第1世代を指し、これまでに生産された最も運転が楽しい車両の1つです。

1991: Mazda introduced the optional limited-slip differential (LSD) on models equipped with a manual transmission, improving traction and handling.
1993: Power increased slightly to 120 hp due to minor engine tweaks. Mazda released the LE (Limited Edition) trim with a black exterior, red leather interior, and BBS wheels.
1994: The Miata received a new 1.8L engine with 128 hp, replacing the 1.6L. To handle the extra power, the car got larger brakes, additional chassis bracing, and slightly revised suspension tuning. This year also saw the introduction of the R Package, which included a sport-tuned suspension, front and rear spoilers, and LSD.
1996: Mazda removed the OBD-I diagnostic system and replaced it with OBD-II to meet new regulations. This change also included updates to the engine control unit for better emissions management.
1997: Final production year for the NA Miata, with minimal changes as Mazda prepared for the second-generation NB Miata.
