Der BMW E36 M3 ist ein zweitüriges, viersitziges Coupé, das von 1995 bis 1999 von BMW in ihrem Montagewerk in Regensburg, Deutschland, hergestellt wurde. Es verwendete ein Frontmotor-Hinterradantrieb-Layout mit einem 5-Gang-Schaltgetriebe, angetrieben von einem saugbetriebenen Reihensechszylinder-3,2-Liter-DOHC-Motor (S50B30). Der E36 erreicht eine maximale Leistung von 286 PS (282 bhp – 210 kW) bei 7.000 U/min mit einem Maximum und einem Drehmoment von 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) bei 3.600 U/min. Dieser BMW beschleunigt in nur 5,2 Sekunden von 0 auf 100 km/h und erreicht eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 250 km/h (155,53 mph). Dieses Auto ist super zuverlässig und verfügt über ein großartiges Kühlsystem und einen Kraftstoffverbrauch von 9,1 l/100 km.
Viele Sportwagen-Fans betrachten dieses wunderschöne und zuverlässige Coupé als zeitlosen Klassiker. Der BMW E36 M3 wiegt etwa 1.460 kg (3.218 lb) und weist ein Leistungsgewicht von 4,5 kg/PS auf. Das Auto verwendet eine McPherson-Federbein-Vorderradaufhängung und eine Mehrlenker-Z-Achse hinten, mit 235/40 R17-Reifen an beiden Achsen in der Standardversion. Ein belüftetes Scheibenbremssystem an allen vier Rädern mit ABS (Anti-Blockier-System) bietet zusätzliche Sicherheit für Hochleistungsfahrten. Der Preis dieser deutschen Schönheit liegt heute auf dem Markt bei etwa 5.885 Dollar, ohne Zweifel ein komplettes Schnäppchen.
