Die Chevrolet Corvette C6 gehört zur sechsten Generation der Corvette-Baureihe, entwickelt vom weltberühmten GM Design Chief Tom Peters. Die C6 kam mit der Heck-Mittelmotor-, Hinterradantriebs-Pony-Car-Konfiguration, typisch für amerikanische Muscle Cars, und war von 2005 bis 2012 in den Produktionslinien von Bowling Green. Sie kommt mit einer neuen Karosserie, die freiliegende Scheinwerfer, eine überarbeitete Aufhängung und ein höheres Maß an Raffinesse als frühere Iterationen der Corvette integriert. Sie trägt einen 6,0-Liter-Saugmotor-V8, kombiniert mit einem 4-Gang- oder 6-Gang-Schaltgetriebe, das dieses Auto auf eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 299 km/h (186 mph) bringt und in nur 4 Sekunden von 0 auf 100 km/h beschleunigt.
